How We Met
We met many years ago when we both worked at the original Momofuku Ko on 1st Ave in the East Village. It was a very small, magical, and intimate tasting menu restaurant. Josh was a chef there and I was a server. We really got along well but weren’t necessarily the kind of friends who hung out outside of work. We were both dating other people, but we were always fond of one another in a friendly, faintly under the radar, flirtatious way. Eventually our paths brought us together and after a couple weeks of dating we moved in together. The rest is history, because when you know, you know.
