All Goldpoint Jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty excluding coverage due to wear & tear, accidents, or negligence. Any lost stones under 3mm will be covered within one year of purchase; after this period, loss or damage is likely due to wear and tear. Clients are responsible for insuring larger stones. For purchases from Guest Artists, please refer to their individual warranties.

Maintenance For Life

Goldpoint provides complimentary lifetime cleanings, polishings, stone checks, and tightening on all pieces.

Courtesy Resize

Goldpoint offers one courtesy resize on all in-house rings. Guest Artists items and additional resizing on in-house rings can be resized at a discounted rate.

Finish Alterations

Goldpoint offers free alterations on all in-house jewelry for the following finishes: high polish, satin matte, concrete, or hammered finish. Additional fees may apply for Guest Artists items.

Discounted Repairs

Goldpoint does not cover jewelry damaged due to negligence, accidents or wear & tear but offers repairs at a discounted rate.

Warranty Void

Repairs or alterations done outside of Goldpoint will void all warranties. Jewelry made at our studio is constructed to last, but if another jeweler or repair company alters our design, the piece may no longer be structurally sound. As a result, we cannot guarantee its durability.
