Policies
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the shipment tracking information.
Return shipping costs are the client's responsibility unless the return is due to a company error or a wrongful item being shipped.
For online returns or exchanges, please email hello@goldpointbk.com and request a rma# and return label. Please note a return fee will be deducted from your refund up to $20 (for domestic) and up to $30 (for international) to cover postage and insurance on your package. If you would like to use your own shipping make sure to include your order # and insure your package as we are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. If your package is returned past the refund window, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the original address

All items are mailed with insurance and tracking along with signature. Please make sure someone is available to sign at the address provided.
Orders are processed pending item availability. Orders placed over weekend start processing on following Tuesday. We can accommodate certain deadlines. Please email us directly for more information.
