Final Sale
Custom orders, made-to-order pieces , sale items, resized or altered jewelry are final sale. If you have any questions, please contact hello@goldpointbk.com.
Once repaired or resized outside of Goldpoint, all warranties are void.
Refunds & Exchanges
Items in the same condition as when they were purchased are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items returned within 7 days are eligible for a refund minus a 5% restocking fee to cover credit card processing fees, inspection and cleaning.
For a full store credit, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Holiday Returns
Eligible orders placed from December 1st have an extended exchange window until January 10th during the holiday season.
Online Returns
To initiate an online return or exchange, please email us at hello@goldpointbk.com and include your order number. Upon receipt, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label.
*Domestic Returns: A return fee of up to $50 will be deducted from your refund to cover postage and insurance. This fee is waived for items that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
*International Returns: The actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Packages received past the specified refund window will not be accepted and will be returned to the original shipping address.
