Lab Grown Diamonds

We source lab grown diamonds that are either SCS Certified, carbon neutral, or grown with renewable energy.

Post Consumer Diamonds

When we work with natural diamonds, we work with post consumer, antique, or old stock diamonds (nothing currently mined) for all our stock pieces.

Gemstones

We mainly use sapphire gemstones due to the range of colors available and durability. We work with RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council) certified companies that ensure adherence to standards addressing human rights, labor conditions, environmental impact, and responsible mining practices throughout the gemstone supply chain.

Post Consumer Gold

The refineries that we source gold from are casting from post consumer gold to reduce impact and need for new mining.

Small Batch Production

Our pieces are designed with our customer in mind. We do not overproduce and our pieces are meant to last forever, the most sustainable option is one that you never have to replace.

In House Start To Finish

Our pieces are made locally in the iconic Greenpoint Pencil Factory, under the supervision of the owners so we control the conditions which they are created under.

Maintenance For Life

Goldpoint provides lifetime courtesy cleanings, polishings, stone check, and tightening on all pieces. Any loose or lost stones will be replaced or repaired within the first year after purchase. After this period, damages are most likely due to wear.

Courtesy Resize

All bands and rings from our collections come with a free resize.

Finish Alterations

Goldpoint offers free finish alterations on all pieces – options include high polish, satin matte, concrete, or hammered finish.

Discounted Repairs

Goldpoint does not cover jewelry damaged due to negligence or accidents but offers repairs at a discounted fee.

Warranty Void

Repairs or alterations done outside of Goldpoint will be voided of all warranties. Jewelry made at our studio is constructed to last. But if another jeweler or repair company alters our design, the piece may no longer be structurally sound and as a result, we can’t guarantee its durability.
