How We Met

It was the last month of school, and we were at a college party when one of our mutual friends said hey, do you know you guys both have the same last name? That was the first of many Sandler jokes to come & the beginning of our relationship...⁠

⁠The Proposal

7 years later we took a stroll in the Botanical Gardens. I absolutely knew he was going to propose (I saw the ring box in his pocket, and he made a very detailed plan which doesn’t always happen). On our walk through the gardens we passed a couple getting engaged, and we saw the photographer and her family pop out of the bushes. I pretended not to notice as to keep Matt in the moment and just focused on us. He then set up a picnic under a tree, and he told me about how his parents got married in the beautiful building in front of us (I love a good love story), and then he asked me to be his partner for life."⁠

About The Rings
