Lab Grown Diamonds

We source lab grown diamonds that are either SCS Certified, carbon neutral, or grown with renewable energy.

Post Consumer Diamonds

When we work with natural diamonds, we work with post consumer, antique, or old stock diamonds (nothing currently mined) for all our stock pieces.

Gemstones

We mainly use sapphire gemstones due to the range of colors available and durability. We work with RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council) certified companies that ensure adherence to standards addressing human rights, labor conditions, environmental impact, and responsible mining practices throughout the gemstone supply chain.

Post Consumer Gold

The refineries that we source gold from are casting from post consumer gold to reduce impact and need for new mining.

Small Batch Production

Our pieces are designed with our customer in mind. We do not overproduce and our pieces are meant to last forever, the most sustainable option is one that you never have to replace.

In House Start To Finish

Our pieces are made locally in the iconic Greenpoint Pencil Factory, under the supervision of the owners so we control the conditions which they are created under.

All Goldpoint Jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty covering defects on craftsmanship and materials. Damage due to wear & tear, accidents, or negligence are not covered. but can be repaired at a discount. Any lost stones under 3mm are covered within one year of purchase; after this period, loss or damage is likely due to wear and tear. Clients are responsible for insuring larger stones over 3mm. For purchases from Guest Artists, please refer to their individual warranties.

Disclaimer: For maintenance and repairs, it is the client’s responsibility to either drop off the items at our shop or ship them to us. Please note that all shipping costs, both to and from our location, are the client's responsibility. Items must be insured, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items during transit.

Maintenance For Life

Goldpoint provides complimentary lifetime cleanings, polishings, stone checks, and tightening on all pieces.

Courtesy Resize

Goldpoint offers one courtesy resize on all Goldpoint rings.

Finish Alterations

Goldpoint offers free alterations on all in-house jewelry for the following finishes: high polish, satin matte, concrete, or hammered finish. Additional fees may apply for Guest Artists items.

Discounted Repairs

We don't see repairs often, as Goldpoint jewelry is made to last! But accidents & wear and tear can happen and we will help repair your items at a discounted rate.

Warranty Void

Repairs or alterations done outside of Goldpoint will void all warranties. Jewelry made at our studio is constructed to last, but if another jeweler or repair company alters our design, the piece may no longer be structurally sound. As a result, we cannot guarantee its durability.
